Trainee Estimating Engineer

We are hiring a Trainee Estimating Engineer who is passionate about construction and eager to learn. This is a full-time (night shift), on-site position ideal for fresh graduates or junior engineers looking to grow their career in the estimation field.
Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (final-year students may also apply)
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and materials
- Good command of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Prior experience with Planswift/Bluebeam (a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior estimators with quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for U.S.-based residential and commercial projects
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Preparing spreadsheets and estimation reports
- Supporting project documentation and reporting
- Learning and using industry-standard tools like Planswift, Bluebeam, and RSMeans
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35, Rs45,000.00 per month
