Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and strategic HR Executive to serve as a key partner to our high-energy Sales and Technical departments. This role is central to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent by implementing effective HR strategies that align with our ambitious business goals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within a call center, software house, or digital agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process. Develop and manage a seamless onboarding experience to integrate new hires effectively.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary HR contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support. Proactively manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and implement initiatives to foster a positive, high-engagement work culture.
- Performance Management: Support the administration of the performance review cycle, guide managers on feedback delivery, and assist in creating performance improvement plans (PIPs) and development pathways.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure all HR activities and policies are in strict compliance with company guidelines and local labor laws. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage payroll-related inputs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment status, and engagement levels. Use data-driven insights to advise leadership on trends and recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in a call center, software house, IT company, or digital marketing agency.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, best practices, and relevant employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
