Hamzah Academy is a global ACCA learning platform with 25,000+ students worldwide. We're on a mission to make world-class ACCA coaching accessible to every student — and we're looking for a Paid Ads + Community Manager to strengthen our growth team.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role: you'll manage Meta ad campaigns (to drive enrollments) and also take charge of our WhatsApp community groups (to engage students and convert leads). You'll work closely with our marketing, enrollment, and academic teams to ensure every student lead flows smoothly from ad → group → enrollment

Paid Ads

  • Plan, run & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns to convert leads.
  • Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, and share weekly reports.

Community Management

  • Create and manage free & paid WhatsApp groups & Facebook Groups.
  • Seed daily engagement (exam tips, questions, testimonials).
  • Share promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Work with Enrollment Officers to convert group members into paid students.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in Meta ads (education/edtech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting & remarketing.
  • Experience in managing communities (WhatsApp/Telegram/Facebook groups).
  • Data-driven, creative, and highly organized.

Salary Range

PKR 70, month (depending on experience).
