We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin Officer and IT Support Officer to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and support our teams with efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and order.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing (digital and physical).
- Manage travel, logistics, and accommodation arrangements for staff as needed.
- Assist HR and Finance departments with record-keeping and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor services to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Support in organizing meetings, internal events, and other company activities.
- Monitor attendance, visitor logs, and office security procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration or operations (experience in a tech or service-based company is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Provide basic IT support including troubleshooting hardware/software issues, printer setup, internet connectivity, and system maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in office administration or operations (experience in a tech or service-based company is a plus).
