Operations & Admin Executive -Pakistan

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day operational, administrative, and light accounting responsibilities. This role will focus primarily on operations and administration (70%) while also supporting the finance team with routine accounting tasks (30%). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-friendly, and comfortable managing multiple tasks across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day non-financial communication with clients, partners, and service providers.
Coordinate and oversee courier dispatches, physical document handling, and contract folders.
Maintain structured records of contracts, agreements, and other supporting documents.
Support HR, sales, and other teams by coordinating operational follow-ups, reports, and checklists.
Act as a dependable resource for internal coordination, logistics, and admin-related tasks.
Prepare and maintain tracking sheets, databases, and operational reports.
Assist in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and office supplies procurement.
Collect, organize, and verify supporting documents for expense processing.
Assist in preparing and tracking local payments, ensuring timely processing.
Support light reconciliations (e.g., vendor payments, petty cash, or monthly reports).
Provide assistance in routine accounting workflows in coordination with the finance team.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and proper documentation of transactions.
4–5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or office coordination (with exposure to accounting tasks preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to record keeping.
Good communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently.
Problem-solving mindset with reliability to follow through on routine tasks.
