Accounts & Administration Officer

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Officer to join our team, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile the accounts of the company and customers
- Manage client ledgers
- Develop strategies for the improvement and growth of the organization
- Prepare daily funds management reports for financial planning and decision-making
- Perform monthly closing adjustments and entries
- Maintain expenses and reimbursements
- Profit and loss maintenance
- Handle corporate laws and taxation matters
- Update employee profiles in the system and maintain employee credential files
- Facilitate company audits
- Develop and adopt ERP practice solutions and methodologies
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounts, Finance, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, honest, hardworking, active listener, and strong decision-maker
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts or recovery departments
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word
- Fluent in English
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
