Accounts & Administration Officer

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Officer to join our team, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile the accounts of the company and customers
  • Manage client ledgers
  • Develop strategies for the improvement and growth of the organization
  • Prepare daily funds management reports for financial planning and decision-making
  • Perform monthly closing adjustments and entries
  • Maintain expenses and reimbursements
  • Profit and loss maintenance
  • Handle corporate laws and taxation matters
  • Update employee profiles in the system and maintain employee credential files
  • Facilitate company audits
  • Develop and adopt ERP practice solutions and methodologies
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounts, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, honest, hardworking, active listener, and strong decision-maker
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts or recovery departments
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word
  • Fluent in English

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
