About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Recruitment Manager
to lead our international client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery across global markets. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and brings a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver on international mandates.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain strong client relationships across global markets.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly and ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing and potential clients.
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights and talent solutions.
  • Ensure operational excellence, meeting KPIs and SLAs consistently.
  • Manage escalations and resolve challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment management, preferably with international clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
  • Sharp business acumen with a proactive and driven mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
