
Office Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office administration and a basic understanding of import documentation and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and managing import-related documents (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and clearing departments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Support management in daily operational and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an office or import-related role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
