We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing – Assistant Manager who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on the Google Ads platform. This involves developing strategies, creating and managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and reporting on results to improve online visibility and drive qualified traffic to websites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Campaign Management: Setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
· Keyword Research: Identifying relevant keywords and phrases to target for maximum reach and effectiveness.
· Ad Copywriting: Writing compelling ad copy that attracts clicks and conversions.
· Landing Page Optimization: Ensuring landing pages are well-designed and optimized for conversions.
· Performance Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, tracking key metrics like click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and conversion rate.
· Reporting: Build and interpret performance reports using tools like Google Ads Dashboard, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
· Budget Management: Allocating and managing advertising budgets effectively.
· A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive data-backed decisions.
· Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.
· Collaboration: Working with marketing teams and other stakeholders to align campaigns with overall business goals.
· Meta Ads: Can assist with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) from a technical standpoint, ensuring trouble shooting, data flow integrity and event tracking across platforms.
· KPI Monitoring & Forecasting: Track key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.) to measure success against goals, identify underperformance, and forecast budget and outcome scenarios.
· Lead Generation & Qualification: Helping to qualify leads generated through Google Ads to ensure they are a good fit for the sales team.
· CRM Integration: Integrating Google Ads with CRM systems to track leads and manage the sales process.
· Lead Form Extensions: Utilizing Google Ads lead form extensions to capture leads directly from ads.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Education & Experience: A bachelors in marketing with a minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
· Proficiency in Google Ads: Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform and its features. Proven experience in setting up Google Ads and Manager accounts.
· Analytical Mindset & Data-Driven Decision Making: Enthusiastic about exploring data, identifying meaningful trends, and leveraging insights to inform strategic choices and optimize campaign performance.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and recommendations.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to campaign performance.
· Creativity: Ability to develop engaging ad copy and creative ad formats.
· Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
· Google Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
· Conversion Tracking and Custom Event Triggers: Should be experienced in setting up conversion events and other triggers (e.g., Add to Cart, View Page, Search) using Google Tag Manager across WordPress, Shopify, and custom-hosted websites, ensuring accurate data collection, performance attribution, and alignment with Google Ads conversion goals.
