About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Senior Software Engineering Manager
to lead our development teams in delivering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in software engineering, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully driving AI/ML-driven product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10–12 years
    of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least
    5 years in managing software development teams
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science / Software Engineering
    (Master's preferred).
  • Proven track record of
    leading AI/ML-driven projects
    , product development, and commercialization.
  • Strong programming background in
    Python
    and familiarity with modern frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with
    cloud ecosystems
    such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of
    system architecture, data pipelines, and enterprise solutions
