Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Project Manager to serve as the primary linchpin between our clients, sales team, and technical departments. You will be accountable for the end-to-end success of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires a leader who can expertly manage international client relationships and drive internal technical teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Own the complete project lifecycle—from initiation and scoping to planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing expectations, providing strategic updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate clear communication and alignment between sales, upper management, and cross-functional technical teams (development, marketing, design).
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Team Coordination & Motivation: Lead and coordinate technical teams, removing obstacles and ensuring efficient progress toward project milestones.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine project management methodologies and processes within the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCS) is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Project Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct project management experience in a software house, digital agency, or technical BPO environment.
  • Technical Background: Minimum of 2 years of prior hands-on experience in a technical role such as Analyst, Developer, or QA is compulsory. Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the SDLC.
  • International Client Management: Proven track record of independently managing and communicating with B2B clients from the UK, US, or Canada.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
