Position: Product Manager

Job Location: Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad

Purpose

Effectively contribute to the growth of Folio3 in alignment with the company's strategy and plan.

The individual in this position will play a key role in conceptualizing new products and taking full ownership to bring them to realization—ensuring they meet business needs and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize new products or features based on customer insights, feedback, and market research.
  • Lead app discoveries, generating and evolving ideas into viable products from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Design functional, user-friendly experiences across platforms (Mobile, Consumer, ERP, etc.) and conduct service design workshops with key users to define screen flows and designs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and end user—owning the product roadmap and backlog, identifying enhancements, and managing the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Take complete ownership of products throughout the entire development cycle.
  • Drive the process of gathering and prioritizing inputs from multiple stakeholders, including customers, consultants, support, sales, and development teams.
  • Research, define, prioritize, and document product requirements, user stories, and design specifications for both new and existing applications, considering customer needs, market trends, and company strategy.
  • Stay informed about market trends and technological advancements, incorporating insights into product planning.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning for the Product Solutions team.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (IT Development, Operations, Business) to execute product development successfully.
  • Monitor product performance through key metrics, including customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Conduct pre-launch briefings and "train-the-trainer" sessions for internal stakeholders on new product or service releases.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and external speaking engagements as required.
  • Support RFI/RFP requests, training, tool creation, collateral development, and knowledge sharing across teams.
