Night Shift – 6 Working Days a Week
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on converting qualified leads into secured projects on Upwork/Fiverr. You will be responsible for closing deals post-proposal submission and ensuring consistent revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with potential clients after initial bids are placed by the bidding team.
· Understand client needs, project scope, and address concerns to move proposals towards closure.
· Negotiate terms, address objections, and ensure smooth finalization of project deals.
· Maintain and manage communication pipelines to ensure timely follow-ups and deal conversions.
· Build rapport with prospective clients to encourage long-term business relationships.
· Collaborate closely with the bidding and project delivery teams for seamless project handover after closure.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales closure targets.
· Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and closures using CRM or internal reporting systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in sales closure, preferably in a freelance or digital services environment.
Strong knowledge of Upwork and freelance service sales dynamics.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert proposals into successful deals.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on timely follow-ups and closure.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in digital marketing, IT services, or creative agencies.
Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
Understanding of freelance marketplaces beyond Upwork is a plus.
