Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Construction Manager located in Islamabad. The Senior Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing project controls. The role requires active collaboration with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage construction crews effectively
  • Proficiency in Budgeting, with experience in cost management and financial planning for construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Expertise in Construction processes, materials, and methods, with hands-on experience in site management
  • Experience with Project Control tools and techniques to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant project management software is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to dynamic work environments
