Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Islamabad. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost control, and cost reporting. The role also involves developing cost plans, monitoring budgets, and maintaining accurate project records while collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Strong skills in Cost Reporting and financial documentation
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant construction and cost estimation software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in construction or a similar industry; familiarity with Pakistan's construction regulations and standards is a plus
