Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate, construction, and corporate sectors

– Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and trust

– Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets

– Collaborate with design, architecture, and management teams to align business goals with project delivery

– Prepare and present proposals, company profiles, and client presentations

– Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential clients

Requirements:

– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

– 4–7 years of experience in business development (preferably in construction or real estate)

– Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

– Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented personality

– Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
