We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Cable Division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of cable products, and proven experience in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team for the cable division.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical/Electronics (MBA preferred).
  • Proven sales management experience in cables, electrical, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and drive team performance.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with customer-focused approach.
