We're looking for a strategic Deputy Operations Manager to join our Service Delivery team at Allied Services. This pivotal role will provide operational leadership for our HR Outsourcing, BPO, and Facilities Management divisions in Karachi, with national travel required. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with expertise in Pakistani labor law and multi-site operations, responsible for ensuring seamless service execution, high client satisfaction, and the continuous growth and compliance of our outsourced workforce.
Provides strategic oversight and ensures seamless service delivery.
- Manages high-level client relationships and resolves complex issues.
- Enforces compliance with labor laws, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Leads and mentors a multi-locational, high-performing workforce.
- Business growth drives by identifying and improving service offerings.
- Possesses strong communication and data analysis skills.
