About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other e-commerce ad networks. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proven track record of driving ROI through paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce products.

  • Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, targeting adjustments, and budget allocation.

  • Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for better targeting.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs and ROI.

  • Collaborate with the design/content team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

  • Suggest strategies for scaling and improving e-commerce sales through paid channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in running paid ad campaigns for e-commerce.

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, retargeting, and pixel setup.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
