Job Title: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Location: Bahria Town Tower, PECHS Block 2, Tariq Road, Karachi

Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tasks assigned by the CEO to business/unit heads.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and provide regular status updates to the CEO on pending projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between unit heads and the CEO.
  • Organize and manage monthly management meetings.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks and special assignments as directed by the CEO.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Management preferred).
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant coordination/management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Professional attitude with high confidentiality and discretion.
