Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee engagement. You'll work closely with our HR team to learn best practices and contribute to key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
