Company Description

Ignite, a National Technology Fund, focuses on the fourth industrial wave technologies and ecosystem development initiatives to create a knowledge economy in Pakistan. Our national network of incubators nurtures startups, while our tech innovation grants support deep tech projects and startups. The National Grassroots ICT Research Initiative funds the final year projects (FYPs) of ICT graduates. Additionally, the Digiskills program aims to build the capacity of freelancers.

Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR Intern, located on-site in Islamabad. The HR Intern will assist with various day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment support, onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and coordinating training sessions. The HR Intern will also be able to contribute to employee engagement activities and other HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions
  • Ability to maintain employee records and prepare HR documents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
