Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, coordinating student internships and job placements, preparing students for employment, and driving the institute's overall placement success. The role involves active engagement with industry professionals, organizing recruitment drives, and providing guidance to students on career planning and interview preparation.

In addition, the position oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding organizational hiring needs to sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Officer plays a key role in identifying top talent, enhancing the employer brand, and ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience that aligns with the institute's strategic goals.

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
