Key Responsibilities

  • Lead R&D projects in the
    personal care / skincare / cosmetics segment
    from concept to commercialization.
  • Formulate and test new product ideas in line with market trends, regulatory standards, and consumer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (local & international).
  • Maintain accurate documentation, lab records, and technical reports.

Requirements

  • Master's degree
    in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutics, Cosmetic Sciences, or related field.
  • 2
    –3 years of R&D experience
    in FMCG / Personal Care industry (skincare, haircare, hygiene products preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of formulation techniques, stability testing, and product development cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment and testing protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
