Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about
international sales, client outreach, and lead generation
, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and research potential clients in the
US, UK, and Canada - Conduct
outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
to connect with decision-makers - Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and create opportunities for the sales team
- Set appointments and demos for senior sales/closers
- Manage and update leads in the
CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GHL) - Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals and negotiations
- Consistently achieve KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and opportunities generated
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent
English communication (written & spoken)
– US/UK accent a plus - Confidence in engaging with international clients (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Call Center Experienced B2B/B2C
- Prior experience in
business development, outbound sales, or B2B lead generation - Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with
CRM tools and sales pipelines
preferred - Must be able to work on-site (Islamabad office), Monday to Friday
