Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research potential clients in the
    US, UK, and Canada
  • Conduct
    outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
    to connect with decision-makers
  • Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and create opportunities for the sales team
  • Set appointments and demos for senior sales/closers
  • Manage and update leads in the
    CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GHL)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals and negotiations
  • Consistently achieve KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and opportunities generated

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent
    English communication (written & spoken)
    – US/UK accent a plus
  • Confidence in engaging with international clients (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Call Center Experienced B2B/B2C
  • Prior experience in
    business development, outbound sales, or B2B lead generation
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with
    CRM tools and sales pipelines
    preferred
  • Must be able to work on-site (Islamabad office), Monday to Friday
