Develo IT Solutions is seeking a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
with proven experience in
outbound sales and cold calling
to help us expand our global client base. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on initiating conversations, building relationships, and turning calls into qualified business opportunities.

We are a growing software development company offering services such as mobile app development, web app development, UI/UX design, QA & testing, project management, ERP systems,
AI Automations, AI Voice Agents
, and staff augmentation. We partner with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in
business development, sales, or SDR/BDR roles
within IT/software services. - Strong background in
cold calling, appointment setting, and outbound prospecting
. - Demonstrated success in selling
custom software development and AI-powered services
(not products). - Excellent communication and persuasion skills (both phone and email).
- Ability to research and identify target industries, build lists, and execute outreach campaigns.
- Experience using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Strategic mindset with persistence, resilience, and a focus on results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders) in target industries such as IT, healthcare, construction, and more.
- Identify and qualify leads for services like mobile apps, web apps,
AI solutions, staff augmentation
, and enterprise platforms. - Book and schedule discovery calls/meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership to refine scripts, outreach strategies, and conversion tactics.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
