Company Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bahria Town, Islamabad for a Recruiter at WORK. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within the company. Other tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Professional certification in HR is a plus

Please note that it is a full time onsite role and the selected candidate needs to work night shift.
