We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant channels. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns, driving engagement, and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Demonstrate expertise in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure effective campaign management.
  • Develop compelling and effective ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Design and coordinate the production of visually appealing ad creatives and multimedia content.
  • Utilize advanced targeting strategies to reach specific audience segments and demographics.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize audience targeting and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Stay informed about product updates and new features on advertising platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional copywriting and creative skills with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in social media platforms.
