Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role 9 to 5 for a Behavioral Therapist located in DHA phase 4 Lahore. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for implementing individualized therapy plans using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, conducting behavior assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans. The role involves working closely with children with autism, tracking their progress, and adjusting intervention strategies as needed. The therapist will also collaborate with parents and other professionals to support the child's development.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
  • Background in Psychology
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in Working With neurodiverse Children
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as leader of a team
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in behavior therapy are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
