About the Role:

As a Program Coordinator, you will support the smooth operation and success of our incubator/accelerator program. You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day activities, managing communication between startups, mentors, and stakeholders, and ensuring that program initiatives are executed effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting startups and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for selected startups, ensuring timely access to resources, facilities, and support.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and delivering mentorship sessions, workshops, and networking events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program participants, mentors, and stakeholders.
  • Support the tracking of program performance metrics and maintain records of startup progress.
  • Manage day-to-day logistics including scheduling, budgeting support, and reporting.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with investors, mentors, partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Support the promotion and visibility of the program internally and externally.
  • Stay informed about startup ecosystem trends to provide relevant input for program development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, startups, entrepreneurship support, or professional services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
  • Experience in event coordination or mentorship program support (a plus).
