Role Summary

Position: Incubation Manager

Location: On-site | Lahore District

This full-time leadership role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the incubation center, guiding entrepreneurs through their startup journey, and fostering a culture of innovation. The Incubation Manager will facilitate mentorship, networking, and strategic partnerships, while organizing high-impact workshops, events, and training sessions. The role demands proactive engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring startups receive the support, insights, and tools needed to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee incubation center operations and startup support services

  • Facilitate mentorship, networking, and stakeholder engagement

  • Design and execute workshops, training sessions, and events

  • Track startup progress and provide strategic guidance

  • Build and maintain relationships across academia, industry, and government

  • Ensure the success and visibility of the incubation program

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, incubation, or startup support

  • Proven skills in business development, project management, and strategic planning

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities

  • Experience in event planning, workshop facilitation, and team coordination

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

  • Prior experience in an incubation center or innovation-focused environment is a plus
