  • Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
  • Prepare and process import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address delays or issues in transit.
  • Ensure all import/export transactions comply with company policies and government regulations (e.g. Incoterms, HS codes, export controls).
  • Maintain records of all transactions and documentation for audits and internal controls.
  • Calculate and manage duties, tariffs, and freight costs to optimize supply chain expenses.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Support logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.
  • Handle claims for damaged or lost goods in transit with carriers and insurance providers.
