Job Title: Cybersecurity Business Developer

Timing 4pm-12am

Location: Bahria Intellectual Village, Phase 7 Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Role Overview:

The Cybersecurity Business Developer is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in cybersecurity products and services. This role bridges the gap between technical solutions and client needs, helping organizations strengthen their security posture while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and government clients.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity technical teams to develop tailored security solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging threats, trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing to create lead generation campaigns and thought leadership content.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to expand market presence.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., network security, SOC, endpoint protection, cloud security, compliance frameworks).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and Zero Trust is a plus.
