This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Construction
Manager Finishing
located in Rawalpindi. The Construction Manager Finishing will be responsible for overseeing the finishing phases of construction projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that all finishing tasks are completed on time and within budget. The role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Construction skills
  • Project Management and Production Management skills
  • SMSTS certification is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
