Role Description:

We're looking for a Visa Officer to handle visa applications, verify documents, and ensure compliance, and a Sales Executive to promote our services and build client relationships. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth
  • Promote services through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored visa and travel solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets
  • Process and assess visa applications accurately and efficiently
  • Verify documentation and ensure compliance with embassy regulations
  • Guide applicants through visa procedures and requirements
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and sales reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Intermediate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: 1–6 years in sales, visa processing, travel, or immigration consultancy (relevant sector experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge: Understanding of visa categories, documentation, embassy protocols, and client service processes
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Customer Focus: Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Organisation: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or database tools is a plus

Preferred Candidate Location:

DHA, Clifton, Gizri, , Saddar, Mehmoodabad, SMCHS, Shahrah-e-Faisal, and Bahadurabad are highly preferred.
