Position: Visa Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process visa applications for tourist, business, student, and other categories.
  • Guide clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and country-specific procedures.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS offices for appointment bookings and submissions.
  • Follow up on pending cases and keep clients informed throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, embassy regulations, and documentation standards.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa processing (e.g., UAE, UK, Schengen, USA).
  • Strong understanding of embassy/consulate procedures and document requirements.
  • Excellent communication in English and Urdu.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
