About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Sales Executive to manage and expand sales operations across Sindh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and building long-term relationships with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure growth within the designated territory.
  • Identify potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and retain existing customers.
  • Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, and promotional activities to enhance product visibility.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Agri Inputs, HEIS or related fields).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Sindh.
