Prepares, reviews, and manages official bank documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines like KYC and AML.
Maintaining
digital and physical document management systems,
Excellent communication skills while drafting various banking requests, etc.
Able to prepare loan requests Along with all necessary documents and annual renewals of loan facilities
Monthly compliance reporting of all financial institutions
Loan files status along with markup reconciliation
coordinating with internal departments
understanding of banking laws and regulations along with State Bank of Pakistan updates regarding financing matters
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, Finance, or related fields; compliance certifications preferred.
Experience: 3–6 years in banking, DFI's or well reputed manufacturing organization.
Documentation Skills: Attention to prepare and able finalize loan request and all other documents and reporting files.
Audit Readiness: Understanding of audit cycles, documentation formats, and query handling.
Policy Understanding: Ability to interpret and apply compliance frameworks within operational units.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for reporting, training, and regulatory coordination.
