We are seeking an experienced
Technical Project Manager
to lead cross-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery. The TPM will work closely with sales, product, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high technical quality.

This role requires a strong blend of
project management expertise, technical understanding, and stakeholder communication skills
.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from requirements gathering to production release
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
  • Track progress and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers

Technical Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, and technical constraints
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and delivery plans
  • Facilitate technical discussions, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap and engineering execution

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project communication
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and negotiate scope, timelines, and trade-offs
  • Coordinate with external vendors or partners when required

Process & Quality

  • Drive Agile / Scrum / Kanban best practices (or hybrid methodologies)
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, security, compliance, and quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and team efficiency
  • Support release planning and post-launch reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4–8+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
  • Hands-on experience working with engineering teams (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP a plus)
  • Background as a software engineer, QA engineer, or technical analyst
  • Experience managing cloud, data, platform, or enterprise-scale systems
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or APIs
