Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
Email Marketing Specialist
with strong
technical content writing expertise
to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting audiences in the
IoT and IT domain
. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both
marketing automation tools
and
technical communication
, ensuring content is informative, relevant, and conversion-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted
    email marketing strategies
    aligned with the company's business and product goals.
  • Write and design
    technical email content
    , newsletters, and product updates focusing on IoT solutions, industrial automation, and IT services.
  • Segment and manage
    email lists
    to ensure accurate audience targeting.
  • Utilize
    marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue)
    for campaign setup, delivery, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create
    drip campaigns, promotional series,
    and
    lead-nurturing workflows
    .
  • Perform
    A/B testing
    , monitor campaign metrics (CTR, open rate, conversion), and continuously optimize performance.
  • Maintain compliance with
    email deliverability standards
    and
    anti-spam regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
    .
  • Research and develop
    technical and industry-specific content
    related to IoT products, connected systems, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure content alignment with brand tone and technical accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in
    email marketing
    and
    technical content writing
    , preferably within IoT or IT sectors.
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B marketing
    ,
    lead generation
    , and
    customer engagement
    workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with
    email marketing tools
    (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Active Campaign, etc.).
  • Excellent command of
    English writing and grammar
    , with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Familiarity with
    IoT platforms, industrial automation, embedded systems, or IT solutions
    will be a strong plus.
