Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist
to join our team. This is a
full-time remote role
based in
Lahore
, where you'll take ownership of planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and business growth.

You'll manage subscriber lists, design and test email campaigns, analyze results, and continuously optimize performance using modern email marketing tools. Collaboration with internal teams (design, sales, and development) will be key to delivering impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
  • Build and segment email lists for targeted communication.
  • Create engaging content and optimize subject lines, layouts, and CTAs.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Automate workflows and manage drip/nurture campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    email marketing, automation, or CRM management
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    email marketing software
    (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • Proficient in
    marketing analytics and performance tracking
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, or a related field
    .
  • Excellent written communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.
  • Experience working with
    tech or software development companies
    is a strong plus.
