DSTS Digital is looking for a skilled and passionate IT Training Faculty to teach and guide students in Computer Networking, Server Administration, Web Development, and Professional IT Certifications. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience and the ability to prepare students for industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), CompTIA, and Linux.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive and practical training sessions in:
  • Computer Networking (LAN/WAN setup, routing, switching, IP configuration, Cisco devices)
  • Server Administration (Windows Server, Linux Server, Cloud platforms)
  • Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, MySQL)
  • Certification Preparation (Microsoft, CCNA, CompTIA, Linux+, etc.)
  • Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and lab exercises.
  • Guide students through real-world projects and hands-on labs.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide mentorship for skill development.
  • Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
  • Assist in organizing certification workshops and career guidance sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong practical knowledge in Networking, Servers, and Web Technologies.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A+/N+, or Linux+ are highly desirable.
  • Prior teaching, corporate training, or institute experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students achieve career success.
