Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at a Technical and Vocational Institute located in Faisalabad. The Principal will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, curriculum development, staff management, and student discipline. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning efforts, ensuring compliance with educational standards, fostering industry partnerships for practical training opportunities, and promoting a productive learning environment. The Principal will also act as a mentor to students and staff, focusing on creating a culture of organizational and academic excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Experience in developing and managing educational programs and vocational curricula
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring abilities
  • Proven skills in building industry collaborations and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of the latest educational trends, IT skill development, and global industry standards
  • MBA, M.Ed., or related advanced degree preferred; experience in technical education is a plus
  • Professionalism, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for youth empowerment
  • Experience in operational management and an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
