We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with major U.S. cable and internet providers such as DIRECTV, AT&T, Spectrum, or similar services.

This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and processing customer orders accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and chats from customers interested in cable, internet, and TV services.
  • Promote and sell products such as DIRECTV, AT&T, Spectrum, and other related services.
  • Process new orders, upgrades, and service activations efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience with U.S. telecom/cable providers (DIRECTV, AT&T, Spectrum, etc.).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/order processing tools.
  • Ability to work Night shifts ( US HOURS )
  • Excellent English speaking and comprehension skills.
