About the Role

We are looking for an HR Trainee dedicated to recruitment and talent acquisition. The role supports sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication effectively.
  • Prepare and post job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and ensure recruitment data is updated.
  • Support pre-onboarding tasks such as document collection and basic verifications.
  • Prepare simple recruitment reports and assist in meeting hiring timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR/recruitment (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
