Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Officer to support our organization's information technology infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT hardware/software, troubleshooting and installation, repair, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including internet connectivity, printing, and system crashes.
  • Perform routine backups, software updates, and antivirus management.
  • Monitor and maintain local servers, routers, and switches.
  • CCTV controlling and installation etc.
  • Maintain documentation of IT support requests and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation/Diploma of Information Technology (IT).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of computer networks, operating systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
