We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Business Finance Support. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Lead to support key financial operations, including customer account follow-ups and payment negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the finance department with day-to-day operations
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to negotiate and resolve payment issues
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel and accounting software

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
