Business Support Manager
to join our team and support nationwide operations and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination between clinics, pharmacy partners, and the central team.
  • Support business expansion activities, including new clinic setups, partnership development, and project execution.
  • Assist management in preparing business performance reports, forecasts, and strategy presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, and marketing teams to streamline internal processes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency through structured follow-ups and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or support roles (preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industry).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel across cities as needed.
