Job Description:

We are looking for a
Senior Unity Game Developer
to join our team. You will design, develop, and optimize games for mobile and HTML5 (WebGL) platforms, lead monetization (in-app purchases, subscriptions, ads), and create playable ads that meet marketing and platform needs. This role suits a collaborative, fast-paced environment and a passion for innovative game development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Optimize Games for Mobile & WebGL.
    Design, develop, and optimize games using Unity, focusing on mobile (iOS/Android) and HTML5 (WebGL) deployment.

  • Design Game Mechanics and Logic.
    Architect core game mechanics, gameplay logic, and game rules—translating creative concepts into interactive systems. Develop algorithms for AI behavior, procedural content, pathfinding, and physics to enhance the player experience.

  • Develop Game Animations.
    Integrate and optimize character, UI, and environmental animations within Unity. Collaborate with artists using animation tools (e.g., Animator Controller, Timeline) to deliver smooth and engaging motion while maintaining performance.

  • Create Playable Ads.
    Produce playable ads that support marketing strategies and meet platform requirements.

  • Lead Technical Development.
    Architect, design, and implement game systems and features in Unity using C#, establishing robust project structures and promoting best practices.

  • Monetization Implementation.
    Design, implement, and optimize monetization features—including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and ads (rewarded, interstitial, banner)—ensuring seamless integration with gameplay experiences.

  • Optimization.
    Profile and optimize performance for cross-platform targets, applying best practices for memory, CPU/GPU usage, and asset management to ensure smooth gameplay.

  • Integrated Role Responsibilities.
    Ensure code quality and documentation, develop and maintain workflow tools, resolve technical issues, mentor and guide junior developers, collaborate across disciplines, and plan for timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years professional Unity & C# game dev experience (degree preferred but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of Unity's architecture, components, and rendering pipeline.
  • Proven skills in designing complex mechanics, gameplay systems, and algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with Unity animation systems.
  • Experience deploying games on mobile and/or WebGL.
  • Skilled in integrating third-party SDKs and analytics.
  • Proficient in optimization, debugging, and profiling.
  • Strong communication and teamwork, with leadership or mentoring experience.

Plus

  • Experience with multiplayer/networked games.
  • Shader programming (HLSL/Shader Graph).
  • Familiarity with AR/VR platforms.
