We are a dynamic and fast-growing TWS in the True Wireless Stereo (TWS) and consumer electronics space. Our mission is to connect people with high-quality, cutting-edge audio experiences. We are looking for an Email Marketing Expert with deep experience in driving engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic email marketing campaigns.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in email marketing, specifically within the TWS or consumer electronics industry. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven email campaigns that align with our brand goals and customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Create segmentation strategies and personalized email flows based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stage, and preferences.

Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visually appealing and high-converting email templates.

Analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, ROI) and implement data-backed improvements.

Manage A/B testing, automation workflows, and deliverability best practices.

Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry laws and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and innovations in email marketing for the consumer electronics/TWS industry.

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in email marketing, ideally within the TWS, audio, or consumer electronics sector.

Proven record of successful email campaigns that boosted sales, engagement, or retention.

Expertise in platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with metrics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
